Hi, I Have Ibs-c Which I've Been Managing Very Well

Hi,
I have ibs-c which I've been managing very well with diet for many years. When I break my diet or when I'm stressed, I have flair ups. I'm just coming out the other end of a particularly long flair up, but I've had some new symptoms. Some are also symptoms of ibs so I'm not too worried about them, they're just new to me. But one other symptom is the feeling that something hard, like a marble is in there. I don't mean that i can physically feel any lumps or bumps, just "a feeling".At what point should I request another colonoscopy or other testing? Is it normal for ibs sufferers to have more new symptoms? I'm 38 years old.
Thank you
