Hi, I Have Increased My Levothyroxine For Hypothyroid I Have

Hi, I have increased my levothyroxine for hypothyroid I have pain and have to take pain medicine for severe pain that never stops I was told by any doctors I have fibromyalgia. I have woke up screaming thinking I had broke my arm before after 5 hours it stopped feeling broken strange symptoms numbness short term paralysis normal MRI though and I changed to a different pain reliever that help the arthritis-like pain in the mornings and hugely swollen joints now where I was wearing a watch it turned bright bright blue. When I took off the watch me and a friend watch it slowly disipate and disappear. Last night I would scream cause of a painful nerve stabbing off and on in my right foot. What should I do? I am an 32 year old in athletic and skinny Caucasian women 5'6 at 128 pounds. I have had anemia before but it improved and was told I have a gene mutation that cause me not to absorb folate correctly called MTHFR. My doctor said be careful with they thyroid medicine increase I have been much more active and have been very busy.
