Hi: I Have Insonia At Least A Couple Nights A

Hi: I have insonia at least a couple nights a week for over a year. Can't fall asleep and when I do, can't stay asleep for more than 15-20 minutes. Always wake up really early and remain exhausted. I am really tired but just can't sleep. Also, I get a strange sensation that feels like chills on the right sight of my upper back when I am trying to get to sleep. For years I always had paralyzing dreams but that was when I used to sleep. I don't feel stressed or depressed about anything other than the lack of sleep and am known as an optimistic. Person. The lack of consistent sleep is really beginning to have a negative effect on my life. Any advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Best regards!
