Hi , I Have Just Been Diagnosed With HIV ,

Hi , I have just been diagnosed with HIV , I did not realise but when I used the bathroom whilst menstruating after I flushed there was a blood clot left on the toilet bowl very high up and blood mixed with urine under the set also , my son used the toilet literally one minute after I did and I'm worried that his penia has come into contact with the blood , nine days after which he became unwell with swollen lymph nodes in his throat , night time temp/sweats and some strange spots which have now become itchy ,2 weeks later he is still unwell with these symptoms, he is only 8 , I read that if his penis touched blood the mucous membranes on his penis is a point of possible transmission ,please can you advise me of the likely hood of this as I am losing my mind ,Thankyou so much ,Frances x
