Hi, I have just gotten over a recent cold due to fall weather. I'm a 15 year old boy and last night laying in bed my body was bipolar between being hot and cold. This morning I was sweating which is unusual for me. I wake up and go to get ready and I notice that a yellow substance was drilling from my nose. It had the consistency of water and was bright yellow. I have not had any recent trauma. Please help. Thank you
