Hi I Have Multiple Questions But I Will Start With
Hi I have multiple questions but I will start with my stomach..I bleed so heavy that I soak through everything..I have so much pain that I sweat and cant move..my periods aren't coming regularly and I have pain in my ovary area even when its not that time of the month..The pain is unbarable!
Your symptoms are quite straight forward for either of the following: -Abnormality of the inner lining of the uterus (eg. endometriosis) -Abnormality of the uterus (e.g. fibroids, polyps, etc.) -Ovarian abnormalities (eg. ovarian cysts, etc.)
Please visit a doctor at your earliest convenience for an elaborate evaluation most undoubtedly including an ultrasound investigation.
Heavy menstrual bleeding is called menorrhagia. It can occur due to different causes such as: (1) fibroids (2)polpys in the uterus (3)infection (4)endometritis- inflammation of the uterus (5)thyroid disease (6)liver or kidney disease (7)in 40% to 60%, no cause it found and it is called dysfunctional uterine bleeding
To determine the cause your painful and heavy period, you would need to consult your doctor who may suggest hormonal blood tests and also imaging (usually ultrasound) of the uterus.
The treatment would depend on the cause found during your assessment.
I hope this helps
