Hi I Have Not Had My Periods For Three Months

Hi I have not had my periods for three months I took meprate-20 after that the doc said that within a week I should hv periods but today is the fifth day still no periods and I have no sign of pregnancy and I HD also taken ipill on 15 th Feb and done seven tests but got all negative what is the reason for no periods
