Hi, I have purchased grapefruit seed extract for no other reason than to just keep a balance in my gut from candida. I do not appear to have a problem with candida but have just gone thru a detox and am continuing a new life style diet. Just as an everyday preventive of bad health I want to introduce GSE but am unsure what dosage to use. ive been reading what others say and it seems to vary with relating conditions.
