Hi. I have recently just come off my contraception. I got what I thought was my first period since coming off it but I only bled for 1 hour. My stomach and back is in really bad pain like a period. But I keep getting really bad flutters in my stomach what is this? I don't think I am pregnant because I only come off the pill 3 days ago. What could this be? Every time I go to my own doctors they just keep telling me I have water infections and I've been told this over 20 times and have had countless courses of antibiotics and the problem still occurs.
