Hi I have sjogrens and a few other autoimmune related diseases. I suffer from migraines frequently and take topomax for maintenance. Lately I have been having these "spells" where my legs get reply week and I have too try fell hard to get to a comfortable chair or couch before they give out. When they do I am then pretty well paralyzed, I can't speak move anything for at least 30 min. sometimes an icepack helps on my neck not usually though. It takes a pretty much a full two hours to regain full movement but full strength is a toss up as far as when it returns.
