Hi, I Have Soreness In The Front Of Both Legs,

Hi, I have soreness in the front of both legs, under the boney part of the hip. Have had surgery for a torn labrum and inpingment on the right side. Ibuprofen seems to help. 400 - 600 mg in the morn. can this possibly be tendonitis? Or something more serious?
