Hi,

I have this mole on my leg that I have had my whole life and when I was 18 (I am now 23) I had it removed and tested for skin cancer which came back negative. since ive had it removed the color has always been irregular but now it has little bumps and is slightly sensitive when touched. I have not noticed any drastic changes in color only slightly over the years. should I be concerned if it came back negative before?
