Hi! I Have White Head Bumps On Left Side Of

Hi! I have white head bumps on left side of my perenium area like 5-6 of them and on roght 2-3 of them. They don't pain or itch or hurt me.. They r just there and they make me feel little eww when i see them. I went to see the gynaec she gave me candid-b to apply and amoxicillin and rantac tablets for 3 days.. They started disappearing totally and wven the size reduced and my skin looked smoother lile before but now my periods are on a start and they have become white heads again due to heat and mositure and even the napkin friction. I have been applying clotrimazole powder to avoid moisture but i never stays longer as i pee n clean myself. Plz help gyanec said to comsult a dermatologist and now i can go only after my periods finish. Plz help
