I hit my head really hard on the corner of shelf two days ago. It was a wooden shelf and I bumped into it while I was standing up after picking up something. I did not lose consciousness but it was really painful. After the incident, I am having a mild headache until now and I started feeling nausea which is manageable since yesterday. I didnt vomit or feel dizziness. Do you think I need to get CT scan or MRI?? Due high deductible I would not want to waste my money on something that is not necessary! Thank you
