Hi I Hit The Side Of My Head Just By

Hi
I hit the side of my head just by my right ear yesterday while enter the car and today felt a bump on at the back of my ear on the bone and another mast three fingers down on my neck. The mast by my ear is painful and the other when palpated.
Not sure if I should go see my doctor or just aply I've pack?
