I hurt my shoulder 2 months ago putting my mums walker in the back seat of my car. I went to a physio and chiropractor for manipulation and massage therapy which helped but I still have a dull ache in my upper right arm and sometimes tingling in my 2 outside fingers. Can you help? I am aged 51.
