Hi, I Injured Myself 1 Year Ago Working On My

Hi, I injured myself 1 year ago working on my car for 5-6 straight hours at night; forearms and hands felt swollen. They were tight and painful. This feeling has continued up until today. My symptoms are: Tightness all throughout hands (feels like someone is gripping them), feels swollen in hands (but only actually swells up with increased use), joint pain in knuckles, increased sensitivity to pain, tingling in all fingers and moderate tingling in palms. Muscle soreness all throughout arms and hands. All of this becomes worse with repetitive strenuous use such as writing or typing. The multiple doctors I've seen have ruled out carpal tunnel syndrome, thoracic outlet syndrome, and erythromelalgia. What do you think it could be?
