Hi, I Just Need Some Help/information Regarding My Pill. I

Hi, I just need some help/information regarding my pill. I was taking levlin and it was breaking me out so my doctor gave me a script for estelle. I was a week and a bit into taking the levlin and started on the estelle from where I was up to. I decided I wanted to skip my period so instead of taking the sugar pills I took the regular pills that were in the pack that I didn't take at the beggining of the month when I was on the levlin. I then started the next pack and now I'm onto my 3rd day of the sugar pills and I haven't got my period only thick mucas type black/brown/red stuff and I'm not sure if I've done something wrong. please help!
