Hi, I Just Started Cheerleading Two Weeks Ago. Monday The

Hi,

I just started cheerleading two weeks ago. Monday the 17th of August we started a cheer Camp, the next day at camp we stunted for 4 hours straight, and my right forearm and wrists were bothering me. I got a shooting pain on the outside of my arm, which was excruciating. Then both sides of my wrists began to have pain. Wednesday we had practice, but did no heavy lifting, just dancing. Yesterday we stunted for all of 20 minutes and my wrist and thumb were taped by my athletic trainer for extra support. Immediately after going into the first stunt the pain in my arm returned. After doing the stunt about ten times by arm was throbbing and in terrible pain. After taking off the tape I had no strength in my arm and the constant pain was terrible. I went home and iced it. After about an hour I gained some strength in my arm and hand but my wrist is clicking when I rotate is and now I am getting on and off throbbing pains in my arm and down into my fingers. And my forearm is painful to touch also like a bruise but there is not brusing on my wrist or my arm, just on my thumb from bumping if on a shoe during a stunt.
