Hi I Missed My Period Came For Only One Day

Hi I missed my period came for only one day on the 13th with dark blood as usual. Then it went away now on the 25th i have red bleeding for less than an hour then it turned to light brown and went away. I am having some cramps and dont know if i am getting my period or pregnant?
