Hi! I need help please!! My husband noticed I had what looks like a bruise on the tip of my nose and we have no idea where it came from. There are also little white bumps within it and seem to come up after noticing the bruise. I have not messed with it but it's tempting as the bumps look like small pimples about to pop. The dark mark looks darker than my skin and I am black. The woman who sometimes does my skin told me it may be milia, but she's never seen a dark mark with it. It's not painful but does feel a little tender if I touch it and sometimes itchy. I've been using a triple antibiotic otc cream as o don't know what to really do. Everything on line doesn't help at all. Any help would be appreciated!!!Thanks so much
