Hi, I Need Some Assurance.I Accidentally Gave My 3 Yrs

Hi, I need some assurance.I accidentally gave my 3 yrs old son double dose of Amoxycillin 2 days ago. I already gave him 5ml at 10am in the morning.then,gave another 5ml at 2pm.then,another 5ml at 6pm.after that then I realized I have read the prescription wrongly and I freaked out & have stopped giving him the antibiotics since then. Although his fever has subsided these couple of days,are there any possible side effects?
