Hi I Played A Soccer Match, And Lightly Turned To

Hi I played a soccer match, and lightly turned to the right pushing off with my left foot. Head a popping noise and sharp pain to top of soleus and semi-membranosis and was unable to apply pressure. Pain eased off after 7 days and I was able to return to training. Know pain has reoccurred but is causing stiffness in the knee with medial pain. Could this be a PCL injury or poptilius muscle injury?
