Hi I See A GP And Diagnosed A Haematoma In

Hi I see a GP and diagnosed a haematoma in my arm, confirmed no blood blot but to return if I worsen. I had lumps appear in the veins on inside of my arms/elbow and I have noticed the lumps are moving along my veins. One of these lumps is travelling closer towards my wrist. Should I see my GP as an emergency or is this a natural part of healing as the GP suggested at the weekend? Thanks
