Hi, I Seem To Have A White Bruise On My

Hi, I seem to have a white bruise on my foot. This has never happened before, and i don't know why it would now, although I have a bruise that's white and has been here for years now nothing has happened. Anyways, it feels like it's hard dry skin, and it's white. I don't know what it is, but it hurts. Any help on how to treat it or what I'm dealing with would be great, thank you.
