Hi, I started a health promoting diet about 6 months ago and have found two resulting symptoms which I would like to know if they are positive, or maybe negative. The diet includes plenty of fruit, salad and cooked soups, made in part from cruciferous veg & chicken stock. Over the past month I have noticed marked decreases in the depth of colour in my moles and also a reduction in grey hair. I was always told that hair cannot regain its colour once it has turned grey, so I would be interested in your thoughts.
