Hi I suffer a lot with pms tried marina coil and had to take mini pill with to help me ... Got mirena out felt it wasn't working and stayed on mini pill.. My build up to period is awful I'm so stressed angry have awful fuzzy ness in head cant cope with noise.. I've 4 kids and feel irritable until it passes..seem to have only good 2 weeks in month ..what else can I do to make easier please
