Hi I suffer from alcohol misuse but am dealing with that with my support works I have liver damage and nerve damage in both legs and was diagnosed having the same in my left arm but keep getting dizzy spells which my doctor told me coz ov high blood pressure which I'm not sure on .I'm getting pains left side my lower back kidneys and I loose blood every time I go toilet for number 2 .sumtimes it feels like I need to go but all is blood I was supposed to have ultra sound to check my kidneys but couldn't go as was full ov flue I havnt told anyone bout this to embarrassed .
