Hi, I take 30mg Vyvanse once daily and I just had sex with my girlfriend and I was going pretty hard for an extended period of time and suddenly felt nauseous and proceeded to throw up. I checked my heart rate and it was at 220. I feel better right now after about 20 minutes but my left forearm is tingly/minor numbness. My heart rate is now at 130 but my arm still tingles a little bit. What should I do?
