Hi. I took a laxative yesterday because I had not gone to the bathroom for a week. Last night I had diarrhea, and some more this morning. But now I feel extremely bloated and feel like I need to pass gas but I can't. Wasn't sure if it was bad that I couldn't pass gas. I don't want to have a bowel obstruction and not know it.
