Hi I want to know your comment about this situation? this is the statment " when he fall asleep on my chest i put him into the playmat with the blanket then i went outsidejust for 2 minutes and came back, look at her and everything is ok, so i do something things, then suddenly found out the my son was unresponsive and when i do the CPR i found small peices of plastic into her mouth. they rush him to the hospital after 5 days he died. until now its still investigation. Police is involved. The mother of my son said that he can't still grab anything and put into his mouth. And they don't believe me that he grab the plastic and put into his mouth that is why he choking and lost air. Is there possibility that will charge me for negligence cause of death.
