Hi. I Was Born With Deviated Vaginal Septum, Double Womb,

Hi. I was born with deviated vaginal septum, double womb, horseshoe kidney and very long transverse colon. I have always had a distended tummy, severe constipation. Do you think I would be a suitable candidate for a transverse colon resection to shorten it? I have treated the symtoms all my life but fybogel etc just causes me to be more distended and tummy pain with wind. Apparently peristalsis isn't good due to long transverse colon. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
