Hi. I was diagnosed with a follicular cyst on my right ovary last week and the pain hasn't gotten any better. I sometimes have a low grade fever and feel light-headed. This mostly happens when I'm at practice (I row at a collegiate level). I got my period yesterday and have been more tired and light-headed than normal. Is this something I should be concerned about? The doctors at the er didn't tell me how large the cyst was, I'm guessing it's pretty small.
