Hi, I was diagnosed with mono and have had symptoms for about a week now. I started with a bad fever, sore throat and swollen lymph nodes and still have all of these symptoms but they aren't as bad anymore. I know that feeling fatigue and tiredness is extremely common with mono but I haven't experienced this yet. Is it possible to have a case of mono without feeling very tired?
