Hi, I Was In The Hospital And Had An MRI

Hi, I was in the hospital and had an MRI w/o contrast done. The result was a mild cerebellar volume loss. Please help me to understand what that means. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with my migraines, slurred speech that I developed over the
past 2 years and now I am having difficult walking. I usea walker now and have muscle weakness. When walking w/o walker I shake with taking steps. Please help me to understand what's going on.
