Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi, I was just went to urologist dr last week finding out I have bladder stones and infection still. Been on antibodies for over two weeks now. The Dr will be seeing me again in three weeks unless I have a bad flare up with the stones or pass them. The Dr thinks I will pass the stones on my own. My concern is not so much on the stones. I am more concern about having the infection so long. Before seeing the urologist Dr I went to my primary Dr finding I have Uti infection. Ten years ago I was having chronic UTi infections. Became better so I no longer needed to see the urologist Dr. Looking back the pass three years not realizing there has been a problem with my bladder needing to make sever trips a day around 20 or more to empty my bladder. I just thought hearing from my friends and females in the family they often need to empty there bladder a day too. One of the problem is I have chronic pain with my back and hips I assume it was related to the pain I normaly Have. I am concern of being on antibodies to long causing other problems and feeling so tired all the time. The sleepiness I feel can this be related from the infections? Also is there any thing I can do to prevent from getting infections?
