Hi, I Was Tested For Gastric Related Problems (severe Stomach

Hi,

I was tested for gastric related problems (severe stomach pain).
An OGD SCopy and Endosonography was done and doctor mentioned that there few infections in stomach and pancreas. The result was saying that "Endoscopic findings are suggestive of GERD with erosive gastritis". And he prescribed below medicines for 1month:
1) Claribid- 500mg
2) Antoxid
3) Orni 500mg
4) Wymox 500mg
5) Pantodac 40mg
6) Providac
7) Sparacid DS

Now, the month is completed and i have taken follow up.
So, he checked the blood test report for Liver and found that:
1) SGOT is 63.1
2) SGPT is 92
3) WBC is 3500

And another test of IgG4 shows 6.60

He has given below prescriptions(for 45 days) now:
1) Heptral 400mg
2) Corcium
3) Providac
4) Carol 60K
5) Esomac 20
6) Multivite FM Omega
7) Diovol forte
8) Rixmin 200mg
9) GRD Powder
Also, he has suggested for fibroscan.

Can you please let me know if there is any serious thing to be worried?
I'm 32years old, 56kg weight.
