Hi, I was told that I have bone spurs on my knee. I am experiencing a lot of pain, especially, at bedtime. I am a female
57 year old mail carrier. Is this arthritis and what is good for the pain, The usual, ex. ibuprophen, does not seem to work and neither does hydrocodone.
