Hi I Was Treated For A Uti/kidney Infection A Few

Hi I was treated for a uti/kidney infection a few weeks ago with antibiotics . my symptoms went away but now experiencing a pinching pain in my kidney, (the same pain I felt when I had a kidney stone about a year ago ) a sharp needle like pain in my urethera, abdominal pain, and just recently nausea. The earliest I can get an appointment with my physician is in two days . the pain is on and off but sometimes gets very intense. Help?
