Hi, I Was Wondering If Vulvar Papillomatosis Could Be A

Hi, I was wondering if vulvar papillomatosis could be a result of a yeast infection. I believe that I do have a yeast infection, so I have been treating it with Monistat 7 (on day 2) but there are little bumps on my labia minora, but I am not sure. I'm a virgin, so I'm pretty sure it's not a STD, but I'm I don't really know. I'm planning on going to the doctor tomorrow, but I just want an idea of what it may be. Thanks.
