Hi... I went almost 2 yrs. Without a period.. had s light one. Called my on obgyn right away... had an ultrasound & also a biopsy of my uterus. Both came back normal. My ob said if spotting happens again...should prob get a D&C. But again I am spotting...also when the spotting is happening I have pain in my Upper abdomen as well as the usual cramping...not sure why I'm experiencing THAT symptom? Ty..
