Iam conceived n in5th week. Doctor suggested susten soft gel capsules. I insert it with hands and 1 inch of my fingers goes inside. Do I have to insert further inside or is it enough. I lay down for more than an hour after insertion. Still I see the medicine coming out in my under garment n also I see it after urination. Most of the time it comes out. Is it ok or what. Needs to be done. Pls advice
