Hi, I'm 26 years of age and my husbands age is 29. We've been trying to conceive for about 12 months now. Our first time trying we got pregnant but had a chemical pregnancy. Instead they found 6'7cm cyst. I had the cyst removed and my tubes flushed and my husband and I had timed intercourse for about 12 months now. Still have no been able to conceive. My OBYGN suggested clomid for three cycle and if I were not to get pregnant she would send me to fertility specialist. My doc did my FSH levels and lh on cycle day 5.. me results were fsh 10.4 and lh was about 9.1 She called to tell me that they were in normal range but my ratio was a little off she said she's this in women who don't always ovulate normally and thinks I will benefit from clomid. My husband had a semen analysis and everything came back great but we decided to get second opinion from Fertility specialist. He said my FSH levels were a little higher than what he would like to see but he's not too worried as he wants to check my amh levels. He did a sonohystergram and told me he could see my follicles and did a count in counted about 16 but couldn't be sure as he saw my cyst came back in size of 5'5cm in left ovary so the count was unclear. He said the numbers were looking great! My concern is I've been googling my FSH levels and I'm very concerned as these seem very high for my age. I read a lot of awful things and was hoping someone can shine the light on situation. I do have regular cycles from 28-35 days. Period last for about 4 days.

Could my FSh level be high because it was done on cycle day 5 instead of three?
Can I possibly have low egg count?
Is my time limited in conceiving ?
I've been drinking lots of caffeine and very stressed lately due to my mothers death and working night shift finding it hard to sleep. could this be why my FSH level was elevated to 10.4
I understand that FSH levels fluctuates so if it goes back down is this a good sigh?

If my cyst does now go away on its own can they remove it while or during ivf procedure ?

how long until I can start treatment?
