Hi I'm 29 yr old male I recently had irritation on the tip of my penis when I would urine I been test for std came back negative I even went to the e.r. to see if I had a uti my urine came back normal but every time I gave a urine sample the irritation wouldn't show until I left the places I took antibiotics from the health clinic that ease the problem its been two weeks I notice wen I drank a lot of water through out the day my urine didn't cause much irritation. So I recently had inter course and when I finish it was a mild little sting mind you I hadn't had sex in almost 3weeks so I urine the next morning to have mild irritation or a liltte redness at the tip of my penis. What's going on with me.
