Hi. I'm 35 woman and I had an RF and Thyroid level test done. Thyroid is maintained since I'm on levithyroxine. ANA came back positive and RF was at 212(H). My fingers at least 3 per hand the middle bones are swollen and so are my feet. Also balls of my feet hurt end feel like walking on a ball. Knees and elbows ache too. What does my RF level mean and should I be worried?
