Hi I'm 39 weeks, 6 days pregnant. For the last week or so I have had many sleepless nights due to very painful cramps in my abdomen. I have also had severe back pain and have been feeling sick/feverish and slightly dizzy. I have lost my show and have had braxton hicks since 26 weeks. Are these now signs of labour??
