Hi, I'm 45 Years Old And My Chest X-ray Results

Hi, I'm 45 years old and my chest x-ray results says that there are fibrolinear opacities at the left upper and left lower lung fields. The others are clear and no signs of abnormality tho. However, I'm quite worried. Is this something I should worry about? I sometimes have difficulty in breathing especially after physical activities and I had history of asthma when I had my first son, too. I hope you can enlighten me. Thank you so much.
