Hi , I'm 60 year old male, I started getting bad headaches in my teens at work from chemical smells and from drinking alcohol. The pressure and pain has always been above my eyes, behind them and on both sides.
The headaches have gotten to be more frequent over the last few years, will generally come on gradually in the evening or while I'm at work. I no longer drink alcohol. The only thing that helps is a hot shower, usually temporary. They are lasting a day or so at least two times a week. My blood pressure is normal, had a mri a few years ago and my Doctor has not been much help.
