Hi.. I'm A 21 Years Old Female And On January

Hi.. I'm a 21 years old female and on January my vision started to become blurred then on April I had very severe headache * migraines * and I had seizures, I was fainting a lot, nausea, dizziness, fatigue, tachycardia and I had depression It was very terrible and till now I have these migraines, nausea an, dizziness, fatigue and sometimes the headaches feels like stabbing in my head moves in the right side and behind my right eye.. Can you please tell me what going on with me.. Thank you
