Hi, I'm A 57 Year Old Female And I've Been

Hi, I'm a 57 year old female and I've been having pain in my upper back, spreading out in a T formation, sometimes also with indigestion pain. I've also had some numbness down my left arm and hand. None of these pains are severe but right now are enough to keep me awake. I take 200mg Tramadol slow release and 75mg Lyriica 3 times daily for sciatica relating to my lower back. I had a laminectomy on my right lower back 12 months ago and still suffer sciatica on my lower right side. My GP increased my evening dose of Lyriica to 150mg last week. I've had this upper back/chest pain before that increase. I also take Tegretol 2 times a day for temporal lobe seizures. I'm just wondering if it seems like something that I should be going to my GP about or does it sound like I've just strained my back like I think it is? I've no recollection of this coming on fast from any straining.
